About
Kerith has a Masters of French Studies with a concentration in European Union Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Currently employed at the law firm at which she has been temporarily employed since June of 2004, Kerith is seeking gainful employment in her field…
She is also part-time at Anthropologie.
Kerith is a Hebrew named meaning “babbling brook.” Her father got the name from a James Michener book called The Source. Kerith is a Jewish princess who falls in love with an artist and runs away from her family because this behavior was inappropriate. There is an actual river called Kerith, stemming from the river Jordan, in Galilee, and in the Bible.
Today’s Kerith is left-handed and loves robots, dinosaurs, dragons, and clothes. She typically hates people but loves Hall & Oates, Phil Collins, and the ever-so-awesome: Kanye West.

Hi Kerith. You don’t know me from Adam. I am researching the name Kerith today, having loved the name since knowing a girl from high school with it and came across your blog. My husband and I are having another baby and are considering naming her Kerith. I hope you don’t mind me asking, but I was hoping you might share your thoughts about being named Kerith with me. Do you like it? Were you teased as a child having such an unusual name? What kind of reaction do you usually get from folks who hear it for the first time? I think it is one of the most beautiful names I’ve ever heard, but I would love to hear a real Kerith’s thoughts on it. (We named our first daughter Bronwyn, so, for continuity’s sake, we would like another not-so-common name.) I would greatly appreciate your insight.
Thanks so much.

Sorry to be annoying, but having not posted to a blog before, I’m not sure if you could read my email address with regard to the Kerith question. (email has been omitted by blog author)
